Financi’Elles has adopted a structured organisation: a non-profit association, led by an Executive Committee whose members are elected by a Board of Directors.
The work of Financi’Elles is organised into themed commissions, led by members of the Executive Committee, each with its own area of responsibilities.
Under the patronage of Christine Lagarde, the Honorary Committee features four iconic women who are committed to promoting gender diversity alongside Financi’Elles: Marie-Claire Capobianco, Anne Guillaumat de Blignières, Arielle Malard de Rothschild and Nathalie Rachou. Financi’Elles also works with ambassadors and a committee of partners offering their skills and expertise.
