Financi’Elles is committed to helping improve and streamline women’s access to the top level of organisations in the finance sector.
Financi’Elles is now a key player in the promotion of gender diversity and a corporate partner in transforming gender diversity practices within the banking, insurance, and finance sector. The alliance also partners with companies in the sector wanting to create their own network to promote gender diversity.
Financi’Elles has 12 member networks: Allianz, Axa, BNP Paribas, BPCE, Caisse des Dépôts, Crédit Agricole, GENERALI, HSBC, ING, Malakoff Humanis, SCOR and Société Générale.

We are delighted to welcome the Master Card Women Leadership Network in the Financi’Elles community!
The onboarding of this network, represented by Solveig Hatton and Barbara Sessa, will help Financi’Elles to fulfill its ambition to be the leading gender equality player in a sector extended to banking services.
